FOREWORD
About Prof. Dr Irshad ul Haque
It gives me profound privilege to present the handbook of 'HISTORY TAKING &
CLINICAL EXAMINATION' for the clinical students. This is the joint venture by the medical
floor of Punjab Medical College, Allied Hospital Faisalabad. My special thanks to Prof. Dr. Sardar Fakhir Imam (MU-II), Dr.Abdul Hafeez Ch. (MU-III), Dr.Zahid Yaseen Hashmi (MU-IV) for their
contribution. I am indebted much to Dr. Ahmad Bilal (Asst.Prof.MU-I) whose untireable zeal helped us reaching this endevour.
I am also thankful to Dr.Rizwan Rasool (Registrar MU-I) and M. Irfan Iqbal (Student V Year) for editing & composing this matter. I hope this
handbook will help the clinical students in memorizing the sequence of clinical
examination.
Every effort has been made to make this handbook up to the mark but any valuable
